Bridport Food Festival takes place on 13th June 2026 at Asker Meadows and will be open to the public from 9.30am to 5pm. Each year over 3,000 people visit the event on the day.

Now in its 22nd year, the Festival aims to promote the numerous food and drink producers and suppliers in Bridport and the surrounding areas, as well as highlighting the town as a centre of culinary excellence.

There are over 80 food and drink traders and suppliers who attend the event as well as activities such as the Cookery Theatre, featuring local chefs, a Young Cooks area, the newly introduced Friday night Feast, the Food Matters area and much more!

The Festival offers several opportunities for businesses to support the event and gain some exposure through the event and this funding helps to provide the vital infrastructure necessary for the festival.

All monies raised during the festival (entrance fees, sponsorship, traders fees etc) go towards the costs of staging the festival. Any surplus funds are used to support local food related activities.
