This extremely popular area of the festival features an array of local chefs showing their skills and offering visitors the change to watch and be inspired by new ideas to try at home. This year’s confirmed line-up features:

• Sarah Choudhury & daughter Hannah Ali – celebrating family cooking, flavour and community through food from The Taj Mahal Restaurant 

• Angus from The Sea Sisters – Bridport’s specialists in preserving British fish  will be bringing his expertise from cooking in some of London’s most loved restaurants, including Trullo and Rochelle Canteen to the Cookery Theatre creating simple, flavoursome, ingredient-led food.

• Michal – Head Chef at Bridport’s Bridge House Hotel, known for beautifully crafted dishes using local ingredients

• Amber & Ross – from street food pioneers Tondo, bringing Filipino inspired bakes, sanwits, rice bowls and noodles to Bridport

• Andy Tyrrell – Co-owner and head chef of Soulshine and special guest will be sharing some kitchen secrets behind one of Bridport’s favourite restaurants.

Expect live cooking, local flavours, conversation and plenty of inspiration throughout the festival weekend.
