2015 Front of House / Food Service Awards

Posted on Nov 21, 2015

The Bridport Local Food Group Front of House/Food Service Awards were established in 2014 to show recognition and appreciation to individuals who work locally within the food and drink industry, either by serving in a shop or working in hospitality.

  • The quality of service staff in any establishment reflects the quality of the establishment itself
  • No matter how good the food and ambience are, poorly trained, untidy or rude staff can lose the business customers
  • Well-trained and efficient staff, to a certain extent, can make up for other shortcomings in the services provided

front of house winners 2015Customers are asked to nominate individuals who have impressed them with the level of service received when dining out, having a drink or shopping in one of the many food and drink outlets in the area.

Over 1200 nominations were received this year across the 5 categories:  Food & Drink retail, Take-aways, Pubs, Cafes and Restaurants.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to make a nomination and the Bridport Tourist Information for collecting the votes.

Every individual that has been nominated should be very proud, as should the business that employs them.   NOMINATIONS 2015
