Main Event 2017


The week of delicious food events around the town and surrounding area will take place from Sunday 11th June 2017, finishing with the Festival’s main event at Asker Meadows on  Saturday 17th June when we join up with the Bridport Round Table Beer Festival.

Join the carnival atmosphere and a whole host of food and fun for all ages.
Entry is £3.00 for adults and FREE to children 16 years and under.

Dogs on leads welcome!  Please note: Dogs are NOT permitted in the Food & Drink Producers Marquee

Local Producers’ Marquee

IMG_6180Saturday’s Festival is an opportunity to taste a range of delicious local produce and many tasty treats to take home.

In the lively Producers’ Marquee you’ll find the best food and drink from producers across the local area.
If you are a local food or drink producer (living no more than 15 miles away from Bridport) and would like to exhibit.  Please email festival@bridportfoodfestival.co.uk

Alongside will be a wide range of hot food to go available from Friday evening, when the Beer Festival launches, and all day Saturday.

On offer in the Festival Tea Tent – sponsored by Bibby & Legge and Leakers Bakery – is a refreshing cup of tea and a sit down.  Come and enjoy a delicious cream tea, scones and flapjacks, and the best cup of tea around provided by Dorset Teas.

Cookery Demonstrations

A varied range of short presentations will be held in the Cookery Theatre throughout the day given by local chefs / suppliers. No pre-booking is required so just be there on the day and learn something new!
